About Your Water
At Eastside Utility District, our mission is “Providing Clean, Safe, Cost-Effective Water Services to our customers while ensuring the protection of public health and the environment.”
Your water comes from the Tennessee River and is carefully treated at our facility before it reaches your home. To ensure safety, we conduct regular testing for more than 80 potential contaminants and monitor water quality daily.
Our results consistently show that Eastside Utility’s water meets or exceeds all state and federal standards set by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation (TDEC).
